Using the email field or putting an email in the name field causes the message to not send. Unchecked the email field and it works. Visitors will just have to put their email addresses in the message.

I thought the email address they put in is so I can send them a message. As you can see, the options tab has nothing related to email addresses. Is there is a 3rd party (free) script available? If not, I may have to code this thing myself and I have not done any coding in over 12 years.
