I tried using proxy while browsing my site and it does work, Is it possible that my site blocked my own IP ?

I've been registered for quite some time now but the space has been throttled down to 512mb, is there a way for it to be back at unmetered ?

Having the same problem. every time I searched for the answer it says it has to do with the permission checked everything but it seems it re occur. No idea how to fix this
