Thank you Dead-i for your quick reply, I did as you said and tried thetower as my username instead of my email address, but I get exactly the same thing: it says that an error has occurred and asks me to try the direct link, which (even when using thetower) still fails. Thank you again, Daniel

I can't get in to the cPanel, which is really confusing me as it has worked before on the same computer, same browser etc. I have also tried using the direct link, yet this just gives me the error message "The login is invalid." It's now at the point where I've been given an account suspension...
