yesturday my account was unsuspended for inactivity, however today it is again suspended for the same reason? i thought prime package should solve this problem; also I can't find the unsuspension button in "suspension history and options" page...

I can't unsuspend the account myself via the account panel, where is that "button" to do so; it is in the "Hosting Account Suspension History"

I found that my hosting account has been suspended for inactivity, however, I subscribed to the prime membership, the account was still suspended. Another thing is that my cPanel can not work with my username displayed in the client account panel.
