Hostname or IP Address (% represents wildcard) thats what I get when I try to add the domain or the localhost as a host so what should I do lol

Hi I am trying to create a data base and I am in need of my password or host name. when I try to just add my domain it does not work so how can I get my ip for my domain so I can add it that way?
