I am having the exact same issue. Except I cannot get any further. No ftp, no cpanel.

Same with my account. I try to log in, validates my credentials, then this error: 500 Internal Server Error. No response from subprocess ((cpanel))

I am still unable to access the web page. If I try to create any new folders, I get an access denied in panel. Any ideas?
