When i try to access CPanel to install a site, i get a blank white page with a 1 in the upper left corner. How do i get past this ? The account is tropica9 on the old vox server

That didnt work either, no way to disconnect it, their site throws an error that it has to be disconnected on the X10 CPanel. ????

Thank you for that lesson, and i now understand how this works. Also thank you for your efforts in correcting my issue. My only concern was that in its current state, it might cause some issues with your server, and i absolutely dont want that to happen, through my ignorance.
