Hey! I created my free hosting account today. When i was making it, it said i may have to wait up to an hour so don't create a ticket. But it has now been 8 hours since i made it, and it won't let me submit a ticket to talk about it. Any idea why this is and when will it be activated?

So what do i do to fix this?

when i go on my website it says "The requested URL /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi was not found on this server." When i didnt want to go on that, ive made my index.html file and it wont take me to that page... im doing it the same way as i have always done has it changed? My website is...
