My Hourly resource limits have not reset for the past two hours.

I'm having an issue with a "Disk Full" error while attempting to upload a file into my website. I'm pretty sure you guys don't limit disk usage, so that's out of the question. Help?

I keep getting a "The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. " page. Is this normal?
