I am currently using a free account and I haven't experienced this problem before. When I try to connect to my ftp (using filezilla) this is what I get: I can access my files through cpanel file manager though.

Whenever I log in to the control panel (http://x10hosting.com/control/), I cannot see the disk usage info and the bandwidth usage info. It just shows an error image(?). I also noticed that my phppgadmin is down. Is it normal or is it just my account?
