Most of these recent suspensions were for proxies. Your account was suspended manually by the CEO of x10Hosting so whatever the reason is, you aren't getting your files back.

ASP.NET support has not been configured on all the free hosting account. This is enabled on the premium accounts, however. The administrators are debating whether or not to keep/leave FrontPage and ASP.NET support in this thread...
