I used to be able to access web disc without logging onto Cpanel .. but now I can't, message says fiels not available, unil I log on??

I've been using web disc for some time with no trouble .. but now I can only use it if I first log into my Cpanel account .. otherwise a message comes up with "documents not available' am I missing something, many thanks

after just one week I'm very impressed with x10 hosting, in particular I like the abililty to upload without having to go through FTP awstats is formidable .. but do they include my visits??
