ok my account got suspended last night for having high system resource, i didnt know how to fix it nor did i have the time to since i got all 3 of my warning in 1 min. I already put in a thread for help and got told that it would go to someone higher, well it hasn't yet, can anyone please help me?

so how do i figure out how to fix this when im suspended and when i get unsuspended i get suspended 30 seconds later.

my account got suspended three times in like 1 min i couldn't fix the problem nor did i know how to, can someone help me plz?
