Updating the account password didn't work out. My account is listed as being hosted on the "getupdated" server. The account's also listed as unsuspended, and I believe that the account was unsuspended at the time of the cPanel migrations (but not 100% sure).

The control panel still reads "fris" as the hosting server assigned to migean.co.cc. I'm unable to log in.

Just an update: I updated my password in the Hosting Account Management page. Afterward, I was able to log in to the account page, forums, cPanel, and FTP with the new credentials. All looks well now. Thanks for the help!

Thanks! Just tried that link out -- http://absolut.x10hosting.com:2082/ is the link that failed for me originally (http://absolut.x10hosting.com/cpanel redirects there). I can log in to absolut via FTP using the same username/password that I'd normally log in to cPanel with, but it doesn't...

Hello, I'm finding that I'm able to log in to the x10 main interface with my username/password, but am unable to log into cPanel (hosted on absolut) with the same credentials (Username "migeandd"). What's happening?
