hello. Ive figured out the problem... there is a .htaccess file in my /home/bymtrust/public_html/bymtrust/acquia directory that is not being read, its not taking effect, its not even appearing in my file manager so i can edit it. Could you please fix this, so the redirect within, takes effect?

inside the file manager in cpanel, trying to save a file errors. inside ftp, trying to upload a file ontop of another file, gives permission denied. Help please? additionally cpanel and drupal have trouble accessing the database, drupal errors out... bad username or password, i think... cpanel...
