Hey, i got my account suspended because i didn't visit the forum, i just visited the forum. and i cant seem to unsuspend my account.

Im trying to access my site and im getting "Error establishing a database connection" As far as i know all the servers are back up? But since they have gone down i couldn't access it anymore. I also cant log into my cpanel. site is puakae.com if you want to check it out. cheers in advance.
