Nope, I didn't change anything here. I did have the whole site password protected, but I don't need this anymore so I deleted the .htaccess file about an hour ago in a bid to resolve this issue.

Yeah, Cleared browser cache and tried different browsers. It seems a bit strange, as the main domain does not give a 403, yet every page leading from it does, for example: http://pizzakingonline.co.cc/?p=order&step=1 is giving me a 403 on both Chrome and IE. Alex.

I have the same issue here on lotus :( FTPing into the server gives me an empty account, and using cpanel gives me the welcome to cpanel tutorial message as if my account has been wiped. As far as i know, i am not on cossacks and the account panel says I am on lotus.
