    I didn't come here to be told that "it works fine here". It probably does, like I said, it's on and off, and happens randomly, for no reason. It's annoying.

    HTML pages load fine, I installed phpBB3 and it was also fine at first until it started to take a long time to load pages and then eventually came up with this error after around 60 seconds:
