I am testing a application module and when submitting it for a test i don't get the email for the app. Is sending email disabled from the host side?

Its been working fine since last night. I been getting this error with other web portals but this one seem to run fine. Is this all white screen with "The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. " on your side?
