im using v2 but it was working right before until i accidently deleted my Users from my db and i have to redo my db over again....since then my online secs and mins been wrong......plus i need to change my timezone to EST time.....how do i do that.

im seeing that on my index page on the mainmenu. where it show my name online.

i dont know why my account got suspend for....i know im trying trouble getting into my cpanel...so i dont to change my cpanel password and see if i can get back into it.....please let me know what i did wrong.

ok i will remove the one min.crons . may i move them to the 5 min. crons if that's ok with you.
