wait so there's nothing i can do about it? isnt there an x10hosting anayltic code on it? because alot of host use it, if it does can i remove it for slow loading faster? because, they all going to leave my forum if my speed stay like this, even myself having a hard time loading.

Well I talked to my other staff, they said there was some althought loading slow problems and if check the bottom of my forum it shows : Time : 0.187s up to 0.300-500s | 20 Queries | GZIP : Off Usually my speed is Time : 0.080s or lower | 20 Queries | GZIP : Off

i was wondering how do i make the loading speed faster? it seems to be slow from what alot of my members say is there an anaylitic on? or is there i can turn something off to make the speed faster.

ohs i've done this part "The .htaccess is hidden file, So in your cpanel click on "reset all interface settings " at the bottom and then open filemanager" But after i open file manger, i dont see a tickmark saying "show hidden files" where is it located? because i cant find it

hey for some reason i cant find .htaccess or create a file called .htaccess inside my file manager. i tried uploading my old .htaccess to my public_html in FTP but it doesn't sem to work because it suppose to redirect the link without www. to www.

Hmm Im confuse by what the below means "The easiest way to download a backup of your account is to use the cPanel file manager to zip your public_html folder and then download the zip file" How do i zip my public_html? Inside the file manager of x10hosting, all i see is download that matches...

i wonder how come my hosting acct dont include a backup feature I use the free hosting plan & my domain of the cpanel is ezpromotion.net
