I know that. I've created my tables using mysqldumper, however my db has now disappeared. Now when i go onto mysqldumper i recieve this error: Host 'int.lotus.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'

How do i create a MySQL database? I'm using the Wizard and it seems to be working, however no db's are being made. I've made several in the past on different servers no problem.
