perhaps I'm not understanding this. I don't have a domain name and trying to establish one. (ie. www.frankweb.xxx) it's why I came here. looking for a place to create one and get to know composer.

TY smith6612. I keep entering info into the free signup page ie. username domain email etc. doesn't seem to do anything though.

I need info or a how to so that I can access and publish my web page.
