I did as you said, its not working! there are two different usernames, 1) x10hosting account username 2) forum account username, still my passwod is same. i tried both the things in cpanel login but its not working, 'login attempt failed'. What might be the issue?

Am unable to login into cPanel and Webmail. Login is always failed and prompting for the credentials. But earlier, it automatically redirect to cPanel or Webmail, when am clicking on the respective buttons. Kindly check and revert back to me.

Due to inactivity my hosting account has been suspended. Now, am trying to unsuspend the same. But, the request is always failing. Kindly unsuspend my hosting account.
