I'm still having this issue. cPanel login form persistently reports failure even though I can successfully log in to ftp.

Yes, but it's like that for several weeks now.

I'm on Stoli server and while cPanel login page loads normally, I can't get past it. I consistently get the "failure to login" error. I tried to access the FTP and it works.
