I previously had a hosting account linked, but it got suspended and (I think) subsequently deleted. I am now unable to create another hosting account, as the system says that I already have a hosting account, but when I try to link to it, I get a "account not found" error. Is it still possible...

Hi, I'm unable to access my website. Username: fayf URL: fayf.exofire.net The page says that my account has been suspended. However, when using the suspension checking tool, it says that my account is not suspended.
