so, can i do something to patch this up or something? is the Mysql crashing because of my site or is the problem elsewhere?

i think this may be caused by a server error, it gave a 500 error 2 times and then the account was suspended for hi system usage, and there is a blank installation at my domain, so.........

The domain http://viveropacha.x10.mx/ is giving me a timeout almost every time i try to access it...
