    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class

    Hi. Yesterday my site was broken. I re-upload it and now i get Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class ... Sometimes that happens due to some bugs in PHP's FastCGI. So restarting may fix it. Is it correct, and who can restart it? Thanks
