Thank you for reset my site. The problem is that I forgot the password to the cPanel setting, which should be the same login to the forum as how it was initially setup. I can reset the forum password, and be able to login. BUT, I still could not log in to https://x10hostingcom/control It did...

I tried to reset password for my account, followed the steps, entered my email, got confirmation that instruction will be sent to my email address. It never did. I tried couple times, and waited couple days. Still nothing. Please help.
