hi my site seems to be down. I have checked the news and everything seems to be fine. have i missed something? Can someone tell me why i cant load my site?

Okay am new to this and i have little knowledge on scripts ect.
I have set up a SMF forum and it is hosted on x10hosting but i am wanting to add the SMF arcade but am struggling to install the mod. I have read the guide but still i am stuck. Can someone please help.
