Yeah I can see forbidden page and login to cpanel with www.hidemyass.com why ?? is there a country restriction !! perhaps I should reset modem, router, cache etc..also scan for virus

Hi I want to regiser my own domain name and I need an IP address for your DNS servers, I tried ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com but they are invalid I must enter IP instead... Thank you !!
