Thanks for the reply, but I got another issue, I can't use SFTP.

Hi there, I have registrated and activated my account, I can login into cpanel and build a wordpress site as well, but I can't create ftp account. When I click "ftp accounts" tab of cpanel, it only shows "working", no other information, how can I create a ftp account? Help!
