Try disabling cache completely. It's not a plugin, it is automatically enabled in Wordpress. ~Callum

Just a recommendation: If you are using wordpress or a forum uninstall some plugins. The worst offenders are usually the dashboard/ACP plugins for wordpress and forums respectively. ~Callum
