Here I use free software. I use CamStudio with a lossless AVI codec and VirtualDUB for editing, and then I export the video at 7000kbps and higher using the x264 (AKA H.264) codec from SourceForge. The results come out very nice at the end.

I'm assuming www.proxify.com and www.hidemyass.com are blocked, right? Admins who usually block ports on their Internet connections are always going to run into problems with applications. Port 80 and 25 aren't the only used ports by apps these days! :P

AUX could be a faulty sensor or a misreading. I personally use HWMonitor to check my system temps. It's pretty good. See if that shows anything such as CPU temp, GPU temp, and HDD temp. On some older systems Diode 1 is usually the CPU. If it's REALLY old the temp will usually be around ACPI's temp.
