    Changing file permission

    I'm trying to change file permission to 777, but it keeps changing back to 755. I'm trying to change the permission to 777 because I uploaded files that need file permission 777 to install the files. Is their something I could do so it temporarily changes it to 777 instead of changing back to 755?
