Thank you for all your replies. Yes, I do have a cache plugin, I think its called Super Cache, but it make page loading much faster. It shaves off about 10 seconds. I will try disabling it for a while but if I get another warning, it means theres another script which is causing the problem.

I got suspended twice for using too many system resources now, I'm running wordpress which is obviously causing the problem, so I need to know which plugin is using those resources. Could someone tell me how to find the script/plugin which is causing the problem before I get suspended again?
