The host is localhost And the user have all permissions and a fortiriori : read and write ones. I don't think that the problem is here... Thanks for helping :).

Hello, I just saw a problem with my CMS : Jooma, all worked fine last week but when I opened my site today I got an error message : "Echec de la connexion à la base de données" (in french) which would likely be translated as : "Database connection failed", and I wonder if it's a server problem...
