You'll need to talk either to your registrar or domain name registry about this. I believe that you can prove ownership in many ways with what's currently there, which could be the email (if there is one associated and still used).

What are you sending through the form? Anything that would use tags? JavaScript maybe?

Is the folder named 'drupal' or 'Drupal'? Linux (used for these hosting servers) uses a case-sensitive file system.

This is because you've reached the inode limit. This counts towards anything under your account so if you do have a lot of emails or just a whole bunch of stuff where your site is stored, try deleting the less important stuff.
