May be this is a short time outage. It will be solved very fast. Did you check again. If problem not solved then tell us what exactly you are using and when you got problem.

Is this is the forum account linked to your hosting account then you should login to forums atleast every 31 days. And make sure stay for 5 to 15 min. to system recognize your activity. Login into forums only counted as activity. not into account panel or not into cpanel.

Can you explain a littlebit more You registered for account and did you got the activation mail. If yes then did you linked your hosting account to forum account.
