I am a youtuber who is making a PHPBB3 Forum and I uploaded the files to public_html and whenever I go to my site without www. it redricts me to the cgi-bin and when I go to the site with www. it has the index page that I updated? Please help me, I am an expert programmer, and I don't understand...
