The site doesn't load for me :( It says this for me "This website does not exist!" :s

Hello guys i am new to this domain/hosting service. I put all my files in the file manager and then i go refresh my website domain and it says no such website. is there a wait time on it or something? If you can help i would appreciate it thanks in advance.
