My site http://carlnelson.x10.mx/ has its container acting oddly, its meant to hold both the 'full' div tags. But it refuses to basicly, it only includes the text I added 'this is a test'

So, I just struggled to get everything online for my wordpress website a few days ago and shortly after I was greeted by an alert up at the top right of my screen, it said my sql server was offline? Is this to do with the servers themselves or something on my part? http://snag.gy/QvHUa.jpg
