Hi, I am new and have issues with FTP uploading....the info is correct but iWeb and Cyberduck ftp client says password is wrong but i typed it exactly as what i was sent

Hello..I tried entering details into iWeb and it said password failed even though it is correct. I also downloaded the Cyberduck file which also failed! any ideas? the details are correct
