    I submitted a support ticket, but I cannot access it.

    Complete Home Folder Lost

    I believe that the upgrade affected my account. My entire website is gone and at the moment there are no default ftp accounts, and the system will not let me add new accounts, so I cannot currently upload any files. Thanks for your help, Kevin Schmittle
