Optimum Online Boost! is basically an uncapped modem, which is why a long download helps. It's more or less a permaboost that allows you to use up all of the bandwidth in your area. A download via IE will average out the KB/MB per second for you, giving you your about speed.

x10 actually reformatted every server except for Cirroc (the x10 Corporate server) I believe and moved all of our data from backups onto the clean servers back in December/Janurary.

I think it is official. But only time can tell. I sure hope that MGM understands that the ratings don't mean a thing, and that a lot of people these days use DVRs to record Stargate. I do since I play a lot of games and lose track of time. But this is very sad, as the show just keeps getting...
