Nulled scripts fall under the Zero Tolerance suspensions.
Zero Tolerance means no excuses.
You account will remain suspended, with no access or downloads allowed, until it is deleted, sometime after 14 days.
Is there any reason you are using DNSPod instead of x10hosting's nameservers?
Where did you buy the domain name?

Of course they are. If you want to play games online, or visit questionable sites, or email your friends, do it on your own time and on your own computer. Or find another employer.
Make sure the permissions for files are 644 and for directories are 755
Check any .htaccess files for rewrites. Also any allow/deny directives.
Post the error messages you get. They can be cryptic, but they are usually very helpful

The "document root" (ie where the file for yourdomain.com/foo.php would be located ) of your main domain is /home/YourCPaneUserName/public_html ( /home/YourCPaneUserName/www is an alias for this directory. It is not a separate directory ).

Use your account tools there to set the DNS nameservers to
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
The account is on Boru. Nameservers point to a bad IP: 184.154.159.10
