To whom it may concern, I have submitted a request for un-suspension of my x10hosting account on 10/01/2009, which has been noted in the suspension report in my account. It is followed be the words 'not applicable'. Can you please tell me why this is and tell me how my account my be re-activated?

To whom it may concern, I connected to my x10Hosting.com account via ftp and uploaded my files yesterday. Now I can't view my www.harvestfaith.co.cc website and I can't connect ftp from Dreamweaver. What is going on?

Further to my last ticket, I use File Zilla which is the most reliable FTP transfer program I know of. It looks like I am connecting to your server and then I get a 530 Login authentication failed reply. I am not really happy about your login process of requiring us to login using forum account...

Based on the answer from my previous ticket my host address for ftp transfers should be: ftp.harvestfaith.co.cc and the default remote directory should be: public_html is that right? I have also changed my nameservers at www.co.cc to: ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com . It hasn't done...

Please tell me your FTP host address and Host directory. These should be freely available from the account control panel shouldn't they?? Just trying to make life easier for people.:dunno:
