statusvia.tk keeps showing the default apache page. It was working and then it stopped suddenly i dont know why.

For some strange reason, everytime i try to access phpmyadmin from my cpanel it always takes me to the login page. And when i enter my normal x10hosting username/password combination it says "cannot connect to mysql server" but when i enter the database username + any password at all, it logs in...
