What do you have running on your main domain? I see WordPress on the subdomain. If it has a plug in or something that tries to check/collect info from the web for display, outgoing requests on port 80 have been stopped, so that might be hanging your application.

The Admins are working with some settings to try to stop the abuse of the servers by a few. It seems that it is affecting such updates. They are working to leave access open for legitimate uses such as yours. Give it a day or so.
