    Password reset plss

    I had to format my pc and now i've lost my login... normally my login for FTP is trancepa en my site is tranceparency.x10hosting.com Now will u guyz reset my password? and 2nd question is that password and login the same for the Cpanel? Thnx in advance will u send the link to my Cpanel also?
